TEAMS are being invited to put their physical and mental abilities to the test in order to raise cash for two local charities.

The Bendrigg Trust, which specialises in outdoor activities for disabled and disadvantaged young people, has teamed up with Cumbria Cerebral Palsy to host The Sunset Challenge on Friday, July 11.

The outdoor event is open to teams of five and local companies are being encouraged to enter staff for what the organisers say will be a "fun but challenging" team-building event at Bendrigg’s facilities, near Old Hutton.
