Hello Guys! I am very sincere loyal and persevering. I love all natural therapies and as well Nature! Also, I love animals too. I use to work with Awareness through Movement, Breathing and Relaxation. I love swim and I have been doing so for 30 years. I swim very little now but I try to do often, although I get very tired and I suffer from various health problems I am still very interested in Detox, Nutrition, Herbalism in addition to Raw & Super Foods for improvement and management of my health as well being almost vegetarian. I take long time preparing and doing my own health treatments. My life challenge is to improve my energy and pain levels using Nature Healing Tools only. I will be improving my knowledge studying Metabolic Typing Practitioner, very soon. Perhaps I might be interested in became your nutrition wise devotee. . . Apart from that I like peaceful films, mellow & new age music. I love to travel too and I did travel around Europe and also U. S. A
